Pearl Izumi Zilch Cycling Glove - Full-Finger - Women's - 2007 BCS

Got these gloves just in time for the weather to head down into the 50s and they've worked great so far! Before I got them, I was wearing regular glove liners and my fingers would slip all the time. These have awesome little grippers on the pointer, middle finger and thumb and they are awesome. I definitely recommend them.

i measure 7 inches from tip of middle finger to wrist and 4 inches across my palm (8 inches around the palm), and i wear a size Large. i find the base of the fingers to be a little on the snug side but maybe i haven't worn them in enough yet (i have another pair of PI gloves that don't have this problem, so maybe i am forgetting about the break-in period). I like the big cush padding in the base of the palm and the reinforcement at the base of the fingers. I wish they would put padding in that part that doesn't fall apart like their other gloves (i.e. similar design to the padding they did use in the palm) but that's just me. I don't see why we have to assume calluses are normal when they can be prevented with a little bit of padding (they just need to make the padding quality.... the best gloves i ever had were a pair of Scotts but those seem REALLY hard to find in the US for some reason.) anyway....on another high note, the soft fabric for the nose-wipe thumb seems extra soft on these, real nice as we head into fall with cooler riding and the occasional need for a nose wipe from the cold.

I couldn't ask for a more stellar glove! It fits nice and snug so your palms and digits aren't in the least bit hindered unlike so many gloves out there. I use them with my motorcycle and they keep me grippy and dry. From the tip of my middle finger to the base of my palm is about 7" or so and the medium glove fits perfect.
