This thing fits great - I even forget I'm wearing it. The pocket in the back is perfect for cell phone, etc., and the one on the left breast holds a Clif bar and a coupla gels. Blocks the wind, keeps your core warm, and unzips on warm climbs. Perfect.

The number one safety rule for riding in traffic is Be Visible. I have the Screaming Yellow version of this vest and it is eye-bleedingly intense. Good. It is also comfortable, well-made (like all Pearl Izumi products) and true to size. The front panels shed light rain extremely well and are very windproof. The open mesh upper back keeps me from getting clammy when grinding up one of the many hills on my daily commute. If anything happened to this vest I would replace it immediately. Don't leave home without it.

I would buy this vest again, it's light-weight, yet durable and wind proof. I keep some gel packs in the upper pocket. The fit and finish is very good. In 40-50 degree weather, I ride with this vest and a mid-weight jersey underneath and it's a nice combination.
