Should be warmer if it has 'Thermal' in the name
Not what I was looking for. I have a pair of Gore windstopper leg warmers that I wear down to 32 degrees that are just as good if not better than these. I was looking for something that was going to be warmer and get me down to 10 degrees and below for those cold Chicago winter training rides. Having said that, these would be sufficient for somebody who is not used to the cold and rides in the 40's to 50's.
Bib tights are great!!!
I have worn these twice now in below 40 deg weather long distance rides. one rainy one sunny. both times my legs and core were warm and dry. they protect from the wind and the rain. as far as the "tinkle slit" well, I found them stretchy enough to pull down and it was not a problem. In the end, I probably should have gotten one size smaller, but I am totally satisfied with the purchase, and will continue to use Real Cyclist.com for my future purchases!
Bibs are so so.
Not as warm is I would have liked, and there is no slit to tinkle. But the service from REALCYCLIST is the best on line.
