Nice pants, but a bit expensive

I really like these pants. I bought an XS, and the waist was still a bit big.
I am 5'7", and 125 lbs. I have worn them with a belt and they are very comfy. I fell in a creek and did not get wet! The pants are light weight, yet kept me dry.
Cool!

Best Hiking Pants

Van is on point with her review. Been searching forever for good hiking pants that were thin and didn't feel like burlap (like some of the patagonia/tnf). Wore them in spring and also this fall. Breathe well w/o too much breeze, water just beads off, zipper off pants are easy on/off, and pockets are perfect locale and size. Material also has some give/stretch but stays in shape..just give you more ROM w/o any binding with movement

I'm 5'5 129lbs, short waisted/long legs and no curves or butt. Small was roomie enough for ROM when hiking w/o being too big. Stay on my hips (except if pull them down :) so, wear a hiking belt with it. Xsmall was too short in crotch.

Got 1 pair last year and picking up 2 more this year. Also, dexie shorts rock...same fit/material and long for coverage (2" above the knee), but not so long that you feel like you're wearing old lady shorts :)

A "must have" for everyone's wardrobe.

Love, love, love these pants! I purchased 2 pairs, one in each color. The fit is amazing and the material is a lifesaver in warmer climates. The material does not show sweat marks in the crotch area (or anywhere for that matter) and it's impossible to get a wedgie because of the cut. The thigh zip pocket is very handy and a relief becuase I hate having things in my front and back pockets. They don't make "swishy" noises when I walk like other North Face pants I own. I have been wearing these pants in an austere enviroment for the past year, and there is not a single snag, tear, or stain on the material even though I usually return filthy everyday. Thank you, Peak Performance.

this is not green!

I ordered these based on their description of "dusty green." They aren't remotely any shade of green. Khaki is khaki - I would have forgiven tan, camel, light brown, beige, khaki, off white even, but not green.

I already have khaki zip-off's, so returned them. Too bad.

If only there were a size small

I loved these pants so I ignored the PP size chart on their website and gave them a try. They are beautiful! But waist is 35 inches and length 32 inseam. They are well made and the colours match the picture. The polyamide is thin but seems windproof, and the pink lining is also in the pockets. I'll keep watching for smaller sizes next time.
