Made with Gore-Tex Pro Shell 3L, the Peak Performance BL 3S Anorak Jacket stifles natureâ€™s attempts to ruin your powder run or evening jog. A d rop-tail hem adds more protection, while articulated arms open up freedom of movement and come in handy when youâ€™re burrowing in a pow pile for lost gear. Reduced seams reduce weight and help minimize bulk so you can comfortably layer and easily stash the Anorak in your pack. Elastic cuffs with thumbholes help prevent sleeve bunching and make for a comfortable fit, whether itâ€™s over a thermal layer or under a shell. A half front zip allows deep venting when necessary.

I currently have a 3-in-1 North Face jacket that I used for last years ski trip. I was looking for something a little less bulky and was wondering if this jacket would work over a thermal layer for skiing? Was also curious if the fit is tight for jogging or loose enough to ski in.
