When the going gets hard in the mountains, the Patagonia Work Gloves keep right on kicking with their burly Pittards leather palms and warm fleece lining. Stretch polyester backs give these Patagonia gloves a nimble feel for technical ice climbing and burly backcountry skiing. The Work Gloves take over when you need precision handwear in conditions too cold to get the job done in thin shells.

Bottom Line: Get the job done in the steep mountains with the durable Patagonia Work Gloves.

Great Spring Gloves

By:
June 9, 2008

I used these when the weather wasn't REALLY cold and they were great. Leather isn't quite as waterproof as cordura when the snow gets wet, but they conform to your hand shape much better as they break in. If you want light yet durable leather spring gloves, these are the best I've found. I'm a skier, not a climber, so consider that source-viewpoint.

These gloves keep my hands very warm and I am able to still use my hands effectively. The gloves are not too bulky. I love them.
