I have used this in many different activities, from nordic skiing, to cold weather running and biking, to climbing and it was perfect in every situation. Will keep you warm and prevent the wind from sucking the life out of you. When sizing, keep in mind that it has a pretty slim fit.

Windproof front and everything else is pretty breathable. It will keep you warm, but not too warm. It is perfect for what I need. It is comfortable as heck and it has thumb holes, what else do you need?
