Description

Thinner for a performance fit.

If you've carefully picked your hiking boots or shoes for the best fit, you don't need a highly cushioned sock; line your feet with the Patagonia Ultra Lightweight Merino Crew Sock for a close, blister-free fit. The sock's merino-nylon blend is soft, breathable, and durable, while a supportive arch brace fights fatigue on a long hike and thin shaped cushioning on the bottom adds comfort.

Fantastic socks

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I use these for birding, walking, and everyday wear. They fit perfectly, wick really well (I have sweaty feet which ultimately result in cold feet), and are really comfortable. The lighter weight allows better air circulation. They are a bit thinner than Smartwool's PhD Ultralight Running socks. I wish Patagonia would make more of them.

perfect biking socks

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

These are tagged as a hiking sock, but I've found that they're some of the best cycling socks out there. The lightweight and durable merino/nylon blend performs really well when it's super chilly or wet on bike rides, and still does well up to about 70 degrees F. Love em!

Great Sock! Ive got 2 pairs. They have been back packing through Europe and walked many miles. I get so excited when I see them come out of the dryer and put them on immediately!
