Patagonia Tidal Skirt - Women's - 2008 BCS

I throw this skirt over compression shorts for trail running; love the results. Also works with bike shorts. As for sizing, I actually fall into the medium size range for my body measurements, but typically order Patagonia in small to get the best fit. FYI leave in the dryer only briefly to get the wrinkles out and then hang to dry the rest of the way to keep the hem from rolling up.

The style of the skirt is really cute but I had to return it because it was too big. I am usually a medium and ordered a small that was too big so I should have ordered an extra small. This is not the first time I have had problems with patagonia and sizing issues.

Really nice skirt, I got size right by ordering down a size (most things seem to run larger?) Perfect skirt only for my taste I would like it a little bit longer.

This skirt is great as a beach cover up or just casual days. It doesn't have much shape to it, which makes it rather flowy. Overall, a good skirt.

I bought this skirt in a Medium even though I usually wear a Large (size 12-14). It's super cute and snug and sexy. Ordering the medium also meant it's a bit shorter (I'm 5'10") I do recommend ordering a size down nonetheless. The black is really versatile and flattering. The A-line works great with those who are curvy with pronounced hips like myself. My only concern is that the black will fade after washings making it that gross faded black color. On the whole, for such a casual skirt it gets a lot of attention.

This fabric is very soft and comfy and is great to wear out on casual evenings.
