With far more functionality than the belt you're wearing now, the Patagonia Tech Web Belt is a must-have for any outdoor enthusiast. The polyester webbing is extremely strong so the belt can double as an emergency lash strap, and the forged aluminum buckle can also be used to pop open beer bottles after you finish up climbing, skiing, or hiking.

    Hello perfect gift!!!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

This is one of those "great to have, great to give" products that can make just about anyone happy! Most everyone can benefit from an extra belt and the styling is spot on for anything but a suit (and we all know you should be wearing suspenders with a proper suit). I've both received and given these belts as a gift and I've not been disappointed.

    Disappointed

I bought this belt a few years ago and compared to the one I just received, the new belt is much thinner, as is the buckle. Time will tell if it holds up as well, or stays if the buckle keeps the belt as tight as the old belt did.

What is the best way to trim this belt?

      Best Answer

You can cut it at home with a good pair of scissors and then use a match or lighter to seal up the end. Or the best way is to go to an outdoor or climbing shop, most have a sweet little machine for cutting webbing that cuts and seals at the same time.
