Fit my 9 month old perfectly. She kept it on most of the time which is pretty good since she always rips bows and stuff like that off of her head. So it must be reasonably comfortable. And my wife and I thought it was very cute on her. Good buy.

The XS in this hat was about the only sun hat we could find that was small enough for our 2 month old. She doesn't mind wearing it at all and it's great to shade her while we're out hiking and she's in the baby bjorn (or eventually in an infant carrier). Pretty cute too!
