Patagonia Strappy Vitaliti Dress - Women's - 2010 BCS

OK, so I have no butt, and this dress really makes it obvious because of its straight cut... Other small problem, the straps were too long for me (ordered a small for my 5.6 foot, 130 pound, C chest body frame) and showed a bit too much cleavage. So although I'm not modest, I took them in a couple of inches so that now only the top of the ladies show (so as to leave a bit to the imagination). Because of the "butt thing" this dress will be an everyday number rather than the little darling of my wardrobe, but it's still a useful addition as it requires neither ironing nor a bra (yeehee, and the woman is free!)

"love this dress-I already had the one in brown (sable) in a small and ordered the orangey/red one in the medium. I usually wear a 6-8; 36b/c chest, athletic build (5'6/135) Both dresses fit nicely-the small is more form fitting- the medium is looser (maybe not snug enough in the chest for my taste). The fabric feels like it might be heavy but in fact is cool, even in humid 95 degree weather. It's suitable for both errands and a dinner out. I like the lenght- just above the knee on me.

I was disappointed to find out that they've really decreased the length of the Vitaliti dress this year. I love the one I bought last year, but was unable to keep the one I ordered in May 2010 because it was simply too short. I'm 5'10", and the medium dress showed way more leg than I was comfortable with. It's a shame because it's otherwise a nice dress; I'm sure shorter individuals would have great luck with it.
