Description

Want do know how you really look? Ask a frenemy.

Your best frenemy just gave you the worst complisult ever. She told you, 'It is so environmentally conscious of you to keep wearing those snow-bibs from 1997 rather than just landfilling them for a more stylish pair.' You knew then that it was time for a change. The Women’s Snowbelle Pant from Patagonia is designed with a feminine modern cut, and it protects you from the elements. The materials are recyclable so you can still hold on to your 'environmentally conscious' title without being stuck in a different decade.
  • H2No barrier and the durable Deluge DWR finish help keep you dry during snow flurries
  • Brushed polyester lines the seat and thigh areas to add extra insulation and wick moisture
  • Mesh-lined inner-thigh vents cool you off when you push yourself and build up excess heat
  • Recyclable fabrics help to reduce waste and make things easier on the environment

Great pants but the snaps suck!

I love these pants, they are comfortable, fit great and look great. They also have just the right amount of insulation to add warmth for those cold days, and they do a great job for keeping you dry on those yucky rainy days. My only complaint is, whose idea was it to put snaps on a ski pant? I am a ski instructor and I often teach young children and am therefore on the ground quite often, and every time I bend over... POP. It sucks!!! Also the gators leave a lot to be desired. they are too loose and slide up easily especially when I am just in snow boots trying to wade through deep snow. My last pants were there rubicon puff pant and they had adjustable gators, I really wish that Patagonia had stuck to that design with these pants. Other than the snaps and gators these would be the best pants because they really are comfortable!

thin fabric

These pants look really cool and they move well- especially for snowboarding. The blue color rocks and they are thinly lined so they are perfectly warm with a pair of fleece pants underneath.

However, within the first two hours of wearing them, I caught the fabric on a stick and it ripped the pants open. After they ripped I could feel how fragile/thin the fabric was (the twig would not have torn any of my other snowpants!). I'm still wearing them for snowboarding at the resort but no more backcountry.

Sizing- pretty true to my normal patagonia pant size. The rise is perfect- just below the waist.

Good looking pants

These pants fit great, look good and are adequately dry in a wet climate. My one complaint though is that I have put holes already in the cuffs of the pants (from my ski edges) in less than two weeks - I guess they are just not thick enough.

Do you know what the rise is like on these...

Do you know what the rise is like on these pants? I am a 50 yr. old woman and want a pant that fits just below or at the waist.

they come just about an inch or so below the waist...they are not low rise
