The Patagonia Skullcap fits under panty hose for bank heists and fits under your helmet for riding the ski slopes. Polartec Wind Pro material blocks alpine gales, and flaps protect ears lobes or let you vent if you start sweltering. The soft interior wicks perspiration, and a rolled hem doesn’t feel like a rubberband around your skull.

Bottom Line: Block wind and cold on and off the slopes with the Patagonia Skullcap.

This had does a really good job and completely blocking the wind. Unless your melon is massive it will completely cover your ears.Hope that helps.
