Patagonia blended organic cotton and nylon to make the Men's Sender Pants soft, comfortable, and durable enough for long days of climbing or hiking. The gusseted crotch allows full flexibility, so you won't get shut down by the heel-hook on your project. Patagonia used a flat, fitted waist to eliminate pressure points and to make the Sender Pants comfortable to wear under a climbing harness or backpack.
Bottom Line: The Patagonia Sender Pants—tough enough for climbing, comfy enough for everyday wear.

The pants have just enough room in them to provide flexibility in every direction (could even be used for yoga), they have several pockets placed perfectly and are as comfortable as they come... I went back and bought both colors because I love them so much.
