Throw on the Patagonia Head Rug to hold in heat. Patagonia uses one of their best fabrications to make this simple head heater. The Head Rug is blessed with R3 Regulator's ability to insulate and be lightweight. The interior grid structure traps heat, moves moisture, and reduces material for a hat that is extra warm and compactible.
Bottom Line: Sweep heat under the rug.

This hat fits a tad small if you have a massive BEAN. However, as I write this on my back porch, I am wearing it and nothing else but my Tecnica PCS's with the sun out, snow still on the ground and a chill in the air. The wodka is cold but my head is toasty and I make a fine looking russian.

overall, i couldn't be happier, this hat is extremely warm and comfortable to wear. i would recommend this hat for anyone looking for some nice performance, however, the red color makes you look like a goat herder from nepal or something. but fashion aside it's great!

The hat has a nice look and feel. I chose not to keep it because it did not cover the ears which is a requirement for me.

i have one in black as well. this head rug looks cool, is very breathable, compressible, stretches with ease, and it's very comfortable. the color and logo looks great.
