Well, how about a neoprene laminate to help keep you warm and comfortable while you slay waves in all the warm-water hot spots you can. Or how about the elastic waist-cinch that keeps this from moving around? Sure, those are good, but add some Lycra binding at the neck and armholes for durability and comfort, and we're now getting somewhere. To help make this as comfortable as possible, Patagonia used flatlock stitching throughout, reducing chafing and irritation to almost non-existent levels.
