The Patagonia R.5 Tight is a fast wicking base layer that's designed to move with you. These basic four-panel pull-on tights feature flat seams for a comfortable fit. A drawcord elastic waist keeps your pants up, and the contoured tights fit takes up minimal room under your outer layers.
Bottom Line: Just like Ned Flanders, you'll feel like you're wearing nothing at all, nothing at all. (But you'll be toasty warm.)

I find the inner wear very comfortable, and it can easily handle Cleveland's sub zero temperatures during my biking commutes.

I was very impressed with these tights on a recent trip to the South Colony Lakes and Humboldt Peak. I was kept extremely warm the entire trip. Usually not even wearing my light nylon pants. I expected to be pretty warm, even when temps dipped below freezing at night, but was pleasantly suprised by the durabilty of the tights. A # of times I had to bushwack and the tights held up great through numerous scrapes and snags. They are extremely comfortable and breath very well. I am sold!

I suggest you order one size larger than required, they are pretty tight. Other wise they are of the same quality as the R5 shirts.
