Outfitted with stretch nylon and water-repellent DWR, these pants flex their versatility from sun up to sun down. High-step over rocks and downed trees with ease thanks to the gusseted crotch and articulated knees. An array of zip pockets and traditionally-designed hand pockets hold your daily essentials, and two front slash pockets have mesh pocket bags for increased airflow. Zip off the pant legs when the trail heats up; you'll still benefit from the UPF 40 sun protection of these partially recycled threads.

Excellent functionality

Wore these pants for 3 days in a row 24/7 during a backpacking trip in the Wallowa mountains. Hiked through boulder fields, snow fields, ragged brush, and up to 9500 ft. without so much as a wrinkle from these pants. Fantastic durability, great stretch when you need it, tough abrasion resistance, and most importantly, mosquitoes can't puncture through the nylon weave. Get'em and get out.
