Yes, the Patagonia Women's Nano Puff Vest weighs almost nothing. But the difference it makes in your comfort level is noticeable to say the least. It's windproof, insulated with warm PrimaLoft insulation, and glides smoothly under your outer layers. You never knew that a 204-gram piece could boost your core warmth this much, but it can, and you'll want to stuff it into a little cranny of your backpack on every ski day, autumn climb, and chilly spring morning snowshoe.

I have worn this vest running and to casual social gatherings. I love it.

My hiking is along the asphalt plains of suburbia, but it has been a great layering piece when I've gone to the gym, grocery store, park, and pumpkin patch. Looks and works so much better than the Michelin Man puffy vests. I've had a few small snags resulting from a brush with Velcro, and I wish it were a smidge longer (I'm 5'10" and the medium hits at the top of my hips), but as a whole it moves with me and never rides up. Looking forward to pairing it with some Capilene 2 and 3 pullovers when it gets even colder.

Happy to have this vest. It runs large and as another reviewer mentioned order smaller. It is nearly weightless and can fit in pocket when in a heated building and holds in warmth outside. Good pockets. A good find. Thanks.

What a terrific vest. Warmer than expected for how thin it is. Usually a medium but the small fits really well! Winter hasn't really hit yet, but hopefully it will continue to keep me warm!

I wanted to exchange a Patagonia Nano Puff women's vest (S) in turquoise for the same item in black, but I notice you no longer have that item in stock. How should I proceed?

Chris,
I would guess this piece will be coming back in stock within the next few weeks in black.

The medium runs closer to size 10 instead of 8. Small sold out so I'll keep it. The colors are brighter than they appear in the web photos. Black small would be most perfect. The 5 stars go to that unrealized vest.

Bought for my Girlfriend - and she loves it. Great lightweight puffy or as she calls it summer puff. Not too hot, not too cool, but right in the middle. Sizing was a little large, suprisingly had to return the small I originally bought for the XS (She's 5'4.5" and about 110).

Perfect for layering here in Alaska. I'm 5'5", weigh probably 140, medium is right fit for me, snug but not tight. I got black to be versatile. It's stylish enough to wear under or over a work-jacket, at least here in the north.
