The finer things in life.
If you try to wear your old, broken-in college tee as a baselayer, you are going to be a wet womancicle inside your shell. So, throw on the Patagonia Women’s Merino 3 Midweight Crew Top, and keep the tee for reading books curled up on your couch. The Merino 3 is made with warm, breathable, non-itchy merino wool, which offers the best in climate control and naturally inhibits the growth of odor-causing microbes. Patagonia stitched in a minimal 20 percent Capilene, which is enough for added durability, strength, and wicking. With raglan shoulder seams to minimize chaffing under pack straps and underarm panels with offset seams to maximize range of motion, this top works well for many varieties of cool- to cold-weather activities, from fun-packed days backpacking to a weekend on the slopes.
- 80% chlorine-free merino wool, 20% recycled polyester
- Jersey-knit construction
- Raglan shoulder sleeves
- Underarm panels with offset seams

Hands down best baselayer for ski/snow
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
Patagonia's Merino 3 this Fall is superb. It's soft next to skin and because they blend it with 20% Capilene, you get added durability and better dry time than some others out there that are 100% merino. The cool color-block sleeves gives a unique look that is super cute with jeans or at the bar apres ski! It's a must have if you spend time outdoors in the winter.
