Spiderman colors? What could be better.
- Gender: Male
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I got an xs Dynomite Duo for my tall 5 year and it fits perfectly. He only likes to wear the stripes on the outside, though because it looks more like something spiderman would wear:). Plus I think he likes how cozy the fleece is.
Is this jacket appropriate for skiing? ...
Is this jacket appropriate for skiing? Looking for a warm wind/water resistant jacket for VT skiing for my 6 year old-he will stay out there for hours. He usually wears Hot Chili's and thin fleece under coat so there is not too much bulk. Thanks!
You bet! This should keep him plenty warm while playing on the slopes. It is very well insulated, practically windproof, and water resistant. Notice that it is a regular fit, making it perfect for layering. Fitting a base layer and a fleece under this jacket will be no problem at all. My only complaint about this design would be the cuffs, as they are a little loose and lack a closure device. However, this wont be an issue as long as he has a pair of full-cuff gloves to slide them into. Just remember, fuzzy side in on storm days!
Is this jacket warm enough for winter...
Is this jacket warm enough for winter everyday jacket? my kids play out for an hour to two in 34 degree or over. He likes light weight coat but not puffy.
If you're little guy likes lightweight but not puffy the Tribbles would be a great jacket. The jacket is fleece luned, with medium/light insulation as well. A great cozy choice for playing outside when it's chilly.
