The Patagonia Intercontinental Capri does in fact have some stretch to it, due to how the nylon and poly is woven. It's not a ton of stretch, but enough for the capri's to move well with you and be super comfortable.

Returned mine, although the lines are very smooth, they did not look right on my petite frame, they came to just above my ankles, and they are too expensive to not look perfect.
