I love how Patagonia's T Shirts all fit exactly the same! If one fits you, they'll all fit you. This is great for me since I have a hard time finding a shirt that fits right. I will say though that they run a bit large. I'm about 5'9" 155 and the Small fit's me perfect. My buddy who is 5'10" 205 fits the Medium. Definitely want to size down. The material of the shirt is great as well. Not too thick and not too thin.
