I bought this for my daughter last year and it has been her go to jackets on chilly summer nights and all her winter adventures. The jacket is extremely light and packs down to tje size of a softball. So moms you can stuff it in your purse on your way to the park without any problem and be prepared when your little one gives in and complains she's cold. It will keep her warm to the 20s as a stand alone. All in all this is a great jacket.

The Down Sweater will HELP keep you warm in below freezing weather, but not on it's own. If you've got a nice base layer underneath, and a shell over the top you can be comfy in some pretty chilly temps. Right around freezing or the mid 20's seems to be the lower end of the comfort zone to wear the Down Sweater on it's own.

I ordered this for my 10-year old daughter and got it last night. I started looking for another jacket right away because it was so light I didn't think it would keep her warm. Well it snowed last night and she has been wearing it outside for most of the day. It's kept her warm and cozy! She will probably need a waterproof shell when it's raining or in heavy snowfall since it's not waterproof, but we're pleasantly surprised and very satisfied even though it's thin and light.

I loved the jacket online but the problem was they only have 1 size (not the one my daughter wanted so we had to get a different 1 but I have to say the Turquoise one is pretty cool!
