Send your little girl off to school in icy winter conditions in the Patagonia Girl’s Down Coat, and she’ll enjoy the knee-length warmth of 600-fill goose down. The insulated hood adds protection during blustery snow storms, and the two-way front zipper features a rear wind flap to keep cold air out. Drop-in fleece pockets keep her little hands warm when she forgets her gloves. The water-resistant, recycled-polyester shell wards off moisture for after-school snowball fights and fort-building sessions.

Bottom Line: Your little girl knows how to get down.

The best thing to do is jump on "live chat" and ask those folks. They can look up if there are any on order, and if they are they can tell you roughly when they're expected.

This is coat is a lovely warm lightweight coat. I bought it for my two little girls who are 2 & 1/2 so it is great that it is not bulky or heavy for them. Looks really cute on too.

This would be a great jacket. Also check out The North Face metropolitan. That'd be a great jacket as well.

Not sure what "blister" means or where you live, but this coat on its own will probably keep her warm down to about 40 degrees.Between the two I'd go with TNF Arctic Jacket. It's going to be better in blistering winds etc.
