Ribbed for pleasure

Before getting a pair of these thermals I would usually have to wear two thin layers under my snowpants for skiing and boarding. That got kind of bulky especially if I had to do any hiking. The best way to describe these is: warm but cool.

Like chestnuts roasting on an open fire! the boys stay warm and

i wear size 32" x 32" pants - i went with size small and everything is working swell!

The internal ribbing is great, does not make noticeable difference in the "feel" agents the skin! warmth is outstanding!

keep your balls and stick warm!

    Freaking Amazing!!!

These are the best base layer I have owned! They regulate heat like a champ. You never overheat in these badboys. Great base layer for backcountry snowboarding. They wick moisture very well and keep you from stinking after hours of touring.

I'm confused at how well these perform. I'm convinced I'll still be wearing my same pair 30 years from now. I first got them for a month long expedition to Alaska. During the trip I never took a shower (obviously), and they seem to repel odor with ease. They also look brand new, and are extremely durable! Also, they are incredibly warm! I'm always wearing these in the mountains in Montana. They regulate heat really well, so if you do heat up a little too much, they don't make you too sweaty.

    Summer in your pants

    I'll Keep this Quick

These are stellar. They aren't a steal, but they will keep you nice and toasty. Paired with some Flylow Chemcial pants, (uninsulated snow pants) I've comfortably braved -45 degree chairlift rides, (windchill included there). Great for winter hiking, great for backcountry skiing, and great for resort.

Remember, these are not fleece pants, but instead, a PolarTech material. I prefer this, as it can be closer to my skin, and doesn't matte with time. You can also layer on top of these if you really need.

In short, I highly recommend these to anyone intending on spending time in the frigid outdoors. Great build, great durability and fantastic warmth.

      What I was looking for

      • Familiarity:I've used it several times
      • Fit:True to size

These are great bottoms because they are trim fitting and warm. The deal breaker for me was I needed a fly and these were some of the only models that had it. They are not as warm as a say a powerdry material, but they are just slightly less so. Very good fit under clothes, and very breathable.

      Cold weather bottoms

These rock when its cold. The looser fit even makes them good for days when it's not -40. Wore them for just about every outdoor activity under a pair of shell pants whenever it was below 0. Keep ya warm, wick well, and fit nicely under layers.
