I am a 36A and the Medium is super comfy. I could also wear a Small for the cup size, but I don't like the feeling of the tighter band around my chest. The double layered fabric provides nice coverage. This bra does not provide a lot of support, so I definitely wouldn't wear it running, but it's fine for everything else (hiking, biking, etc).

Best bra ever! Not for high impact sports but super comfortable.

Patagonia has made improvements to this bra! I had one for a few years and the quality was just unbelievably good. Now I've finally gotten more of them, and the straps are slightly wider (they almost never get twisted now) and they have a little opening where you can insert pads, and also the width of the fabric in the back is narrower, leaving more space for those of us with weird shoulderblades. I wear a 30/32 B and the XS is great. I am tall though, and initially the straps felt too tight... after a few washings they will loosen up a bit. I can't recommend this bra enough.

This bra is so comfortable and soft, and it fits great! I wear it for everyday use and hiking. Patagonia's Active Mesh bra is my go-to bra for running and biking, and I wear a Medium in that. I wear a Small in this one. It was a little snug when I first wore it, but with a little wash and wear it has broken in nicely.
