The Patagonia Active Barely Bra uses a combination of polyester and spandex to provide a comfortable fit, quick drying time, and excellent wicking performance. The result is a bra that allows you to hike without getting too sweaty and take a dip in the lake without worry of staying soaked. Patagonia's Active Barely Bra also makes a comfortable addition to your summer or winter base layers.
Bottom Line: On the trail or on the town, you can count on the Patagonia Active Barely Bra.
Accurately called "Barely bra". NOT a sports bra -- not even close.
But wonderfully comfortable and flattering under tight tanks and Ts for casual/work. This not a stand alone bra!
Backpackers beware, there are metal adjusters -- they used to hit right on the collarbone. The new model has the adjusters on the back going up from the band so probably not as much of an issue but something to keep in mind.
Also, would make a cute training bra if chest size 32 or above.
I recommend going to Patagonia's website- there is a photo of a model wearing this bra and it looks VERY bra-like. In fact it looked slightly see-though.There is not much coverage. It's very nice for A-B cups and even then there's not much fabric. I personally wouldn't rock it in the visitor center. Maybe 'round the campsite though.

This is a great bra for smaller bust sizes. It is so light and soft that you barely feel it on you, but it does offer support. The bra doesn't cut into your armpits so I even wear mine on runs (I am size 32A). Highly recommended.
Great material, nice and light fabric. However, the band on Patagonia bras are always quite snug, so order a size up if you don't like the tight feeling around your ribcage. I'm very small, and I ordered a medium.
with not too big enough top, well this is the top for you. it is cumfy and fits when u think it wont. it doesnt cover too well, but supports well enough, and makes you feel well, quite sexy wearing it.
I find the comfort and support just right for walking or light exercise and the look is great - my husband insists I get another one! This is my Pilates bra since it has no closures on the back to dig into you when you're 'rolling like a ball'. It's very light weight and I wonder how long it'll hold up so I'm mostly washing my hand when I can manage to live without it for a day or two..
I have never felt so comfortable in a bra before. This is the best. I will be ordering more of them. I had about given up on finding a comfortable bra until I tried this one!!! I ordered a Medium and I am size 32B.
I hardly know I am wearing it. I plan to wear it for all the sports I do. I was looking for something that was going to stay in place and light enough to wear for my sports.
