Pacsafe SlingSafe 100 Purse - 2007 BCS

Bought this for my trip to Maui. It was great. A small wallet would have been good to go with it. Getting money, ID etc out was challenging from the outside zipper pocket. It was very comfortable, the strap was perfect, and it was even slightly waterproof. We were in rain forests and nothing inside of it got wet. I definitely am glad I bought this!

I recently bought this for my 2 week trip to Peru. It worked great for the use roaming around the Amazon, Machu Picchu and Cuzco....I felt safe with the material and liked the adjustment of the shoulder strap depending on my activity at the time in any of the places. The beige was a nice neutral color and even when it got a little dirty it didn't look bad. Actually it looked cool in the front because the dirt caused the internal mess to show through making it very apparent how strong the purse was indeed. This product was great for the price. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because a little loop on the back already started tearing, possible due to the velcro near it. Overall it didn't matter because I never used the loop (the purse stayed on me constantly) but I was a little disappointed by that little odd lack of quality. I'd buy the product again for sure.

Bought this as an xmas gift for my retirement-age mom for overseas travel. She hasn't used it yet, but she likes that it holds more than just a passport and cards/cash. It's quite sturdy and should work well for its intended use. Its muted style ensures she can wear it with almost anything.
