Sturdy but difficult to disconnect

This wallet is very sturdy and does the job well. However, it is *very* difficult to disconnect the strap that goes around the waist. It is recessed and has to be pulled out (which would help for its intended purpose), but then I have to try to press very hard on the tiny sides while holding it out. I almost need to have help just to accomplish that task. Slightly wider area to press on for opening would earn this item 5 stars.

This is a great wallet to have while traveling! I used this for a two week trip to Zambia, Africa and wore it everyday. It fit very well and I would wear the pouch part on the small of my back - this way it was out of the way yet easily turned around for access. Several of the other people in my group had the wallets that hang from the neck and these were much more uncomfortable and also caused a big bulge in their shirts.
This is a great buy for anyone who wants a high quality travel wallet to keep money, passport, and other important documents safe!
