Description

Small size, big jobs.

Don't let the small, ultralight Packtowl Nano Towel fool you. It absorbs twice its weight in water and compresses down to about the size of a baseball and stores in an attached carry pouch.

Meh. Save your money.

I bought this Pack Towel with an awesome $20 gift card Backcountry sent me, probably for spending so much on here. haha Anyway, I bought this to replace the Shamwow I usually pack to use as a towel. The Shamwow works amazingly and can be bought for $1 at various dollar stores, but it is somewhat bulky in size, although I cut the one I bought in half to use. This towel works, but it takes a lot of effort to dry, wring out, and try drying again. It doesn't seem to absorb much at all honestly which leads to having to redry the same area multiple times. With the Shamwow I can pass over an area once and be done with it. In retrospect I should have bought the Packtowel Original which supposedly can absorb 10X its weight in water, while this towel can only absorb 2X, but I would highly question that spec and would put it much lower than that. I would return, but it's not worth the cost to return. If you are looking for a pack towel I'd try going with the original version although I have no experience with it, but I can't see how it would be worse.

Does the job

So far this is my everyday towel due to the fact im now sleeping in my truck and poaching hot tubs for hygiene. packs down super small and weighs ounces, but dries me right off as im sneaking out of my target quickly
