The Wxtex S2 Shelter packs small and light and will get you out of the elements quickly. Whether you're hiding from the sun or trying to make dinner in pouring rain, the S2 will keep you covered. It's big enough to sleep two people if being set up in milder temps. Welded tie-outs are super strong and eliminate stitching that can ruin waterproofing and increase weight. Welded corner reinforcements provided even load distribution, so you can construct a shelter that'll stay put. Use with the G2 ground tarp to create a lightweight two-person sleep system.
Bottom Line: All you need is roof over your head.

For those who are fine without using tents in the backcountry, this is a great shelter. With the multiple grommet and loop points, a variety of shelter styles can be created. The material is strong and durable (still no leaking after a full season of professional heavy duty use). The large size is wonderful to use as a shelter for two to three people (or like me: one person and a lot of backcountry gear) or a great base camp kitchen tarp. Excellent value for a high quality product.
