The Wxtex G2 Tarp packs small and light. The G2, in addition to your pad and sleeping bag, lets you sleep virtually anywhere. It's big enough to sleep two people and tough enough to withstand rocks and rain. Welded tie-outs are super strong and eliminate stitching that can ruin waterproofing and increase weight. Use with the S2 Shelter to create a lightweight two-person sleep system.
Bottom Line: Toss down the G2 Tarp and hit they hay.

I have used this several times more for shelter than a ground cloth. I was able to get it to stay tied down through rain storms. Held up excellent in the rain, and wind, didn't pull on the buttons. Just like having a rain fly.
