Description

Let the bomber tag along so you feel rested and avoid a toe-tag on the river.

Lay down the burly Pacific Outdoor Equipment Bomber Sleeping Pad to soothe your soaked, sorry, and sapped bones after a long day sending the river or dominating the trail. A heavy-duty 420D ripstop nylon exterior protects the top and bottom of the Bomber from your rugged and rocky sleeping spots. Clean, precise welds and in-house coating technology combine to create a gritty, go-for-broke pad that you’ll be hard pressed to permanently lay to rest.

Here's what others have to say...

What kind of pad is this? Just air?...

What kind of pad is this? Just air? Insulated? Very pricey if only air.

Responded on

Not insulated, still worth it though. Consider the fact it is welded, made out 420 Denier Nylon, has four season usage, grommeted attachment points and is the only pad built this way on the market. The price is quite modest compared to other without this capability.

It is definitely insulated and thus self inflating. The manufacturer gives it an R value of 6.6-10, very high.

The higher price is due to the burly construction aimed at rough usage, particularly as a pad for rafting that can be used for both sleep and a cushion on the boat.
