The OVO Awol Men's Helmet is a 3/4 coverage shell an exclusive brim that prevents snow and water from collecting on top of your goggles. Overheating is prevented with a Coolmax lining and the OVO Ripcord, a removable chimney vent. The halo liner system can be removed and hand washed to rid the helmet of early morning bed head funk. As safe as it gets, the Awol meets or exceeds all standards for ski and snowboard helmets. Also available are Stereotypes sound infused ear pads that let you pump up the volume as you ride. You'll also get a free visor with each OVO helmet purchased. OVO has a great collision replacement guarantee. ...finally found a helmet that works! Been a long hard road, but here it is. Light, comfy, good lookin’, functional, gets me into the park. Can't say enuf good things about this brain bucket. Should've jumped a while ago, but I got this size XXXL head and it took awhile to find a case to match. Hats off (ha!) for superior everything. Keep up the good work.

I wore the OVO AWOL helmet most of last season. It replaced an ageing and well worn Boeri. The AWOL is reasonably light, though has slightly more heft than an inmold design. It has superior comfort and warmth, yet in the spring by removing the vent plug it was plenty cool. For 04/05 you can also remove the ear flaps. For the price this helmet offers excellent value and protection. A fine brain bucket!
