These are great. I have worn this pant running with my pregnant belly (19 weeks along with number 4, averaging about 3 miles) and feel very suported and comfortable. They are also great for lounging around, very comfy, heavy material.
I am normally a size 4 but find prAna pants to run a bit small, so I was a little uncertain about sizing. I bought both a small and a medium and am still wearing the smalls, but I know it's only matter of time before I'll be into the mediums.

The reviewer before me said that these pants are not necessarily maternity specific, so, I took a complete chance with these pants, ignored the fact that they are "maternity" pants, and bought them in a size smaller than I normally would because I LOVE roll waisted pants. I think I should have gone two sizes smaller, because they are made really big, especially through the waist, go figure. These pants would be perfect for a pregnant woman or perhaps for someone a little thicker through the middle. I was simply looking for comfy roll waisted pants that were at least somewhat flattering, which they are not. They are pretty baggy and longer (hits just a few inches above my ankles at 5ft 6in). I will probably be returning them, but I certainly would not give them a bad review just because they didn't fit me right because I'm not pregnant.

got these for my pregnant sis, whom is bedridden with hormonal issues, and has been for the past 3 months. she never goes anywhere, never does anything, just chills in her Prana pants 24/7 . Pretty sure, from what i hear, these are the best pants ever put on this little part of the universe. put them together with a Disney movie and ice cream, and they might as well be part of the conception process.

I got this pant and was happy to see that it isn't really maternity specific...well, the name is, but it could certainly be worn no matter what your waist size is. I love the thick folding waist band. I wear a size 8 in my waist normally but have bigger hips so the Large fit best. Now that I'm 6 months pregnant I'm not sure my waist size, but the Large still fits. This material is really nice, a little on the thick side so not great for activities where you know you'll be really warm, but perfect for walking and even to work!
