Western Mountaineering UltraLite Sleeping Bag: 20 Degree Down
Packing enough down to keep you warm when the temp drops down to 20ºF, the Western Mountaineering UltraLite Sleeping Bag still remains light at a feathery 1lbs 10oz (size Regular). Western Mountaineering applies a 20X20-denier ripstop nylon to retain the 850+ European down fill and keep your tent from looking like a goose has just molted inside it. A soft taffeta lining caresses trail-weary skin and, thanks to its breathability, controls the climate inside of the bag on balmy nights. When on multi-day hikes, mountaineering, or cycle-touring, you’ll appreciate the UltraLite’s low weight and ability to stay comfortable in diverse climates.
Bottom Line: Ultra light and ultra lofty.
