Mounted them on my son's park skis as he is telemarking the boxes and rails with his snowboard buddies. They worked great and both skis released when he took a big fall. Might have saved me a hospital bill, and a early end to the day. He also skied them hard and they did not release, I had heard that may be a problem but he didn't come out. I may get a set for me.

Great binding, I never prerelease once set up correctly. I am an active patroller and am very hard on gear, this is my 10th pair of skies mounted w/ releasables.

The Hardwire CRB has everything you need, brakes, performance just like any other binding, and releasable safety. It is a simple binding and it mounts with the same screw pattern as any four-hole binding. It is easy to clip back into on the hill when you release, just line it up and a push with your pole snaps it back in place.
