Stay cool and secure right down to your skivvies when you wear the Under Armour Men's Boxer Jock. These boxer briefs give you a snug, compression fit for support that won't hinder athletic range of motion. The lightweight polyester material keeps you super cool when you work hard. An articulated mesh crotch panel ventilates where you need it most. Under Armour made the Boxer Jocks ultra-supportive so you stay comfy for a session in the gym or an extended trail run.
Bottom Line: Be cool when you wear the Under Armour Boxer Jock.
What a great boxer! Theyre silky smooth and provide great support. They also do a great job at wicking away moisture which keeps the fellas from feeling like its a swamp down yonder. Ive worn them on a few hikes and they do a great job. But I mostly wear them for softball. They provide great support but could have a little more compression around your quads. Im also thinking that Im going rock them this winter under my icebreaker base layer this winter to give the boys some extra support, warmth, and wicking power. Id recommend them to anyone so get em, your boys will thank you.
These are perfect for when i play ultimate frisbee, they keep my junk cool and compact, they completely eliminate my junk moving, it really speeds up my game and helps with my range of movement.
There are many differences between the Under Armour Boxer Jock and the Under Armour compression short. 1. Material: The boxer jock's material is thinner and stretchier than the compression short. 2. Fit: The boxer jock is meant to be fit tight against the skin, but the compression short is much tighter in the thighs (because that is what compression shorts do). 3. Functional Fly: The boxer jock has one, the compression short does not. 4. Length: A normal length pair of the compression shorts are 2-3 inches longer in the leg than the normal length boxer jock.
As for the Nike compression short, I have no clue.
I got into UA stuff playing lacrosse in high school. Since then it's steadily worked its way into my outdoor pursuits. These are excellent for high intensity activities and work better than anything else i've ever worn to prevent chafing. Just make sure to mark yours so no one steals them by accident
I've tried them all, boxers, briefs, and none can hold a candle up to these. Comfort all day in 90+ degrees, don't lose their shape, no adjusting of the junk. Whomever designed these should get a Nobel!! What is it they say, once you go black you never go back?
I got these and a pair of the short boxers in black to wear under bike shorts and long underwear (think CR-X pants for skiing and other cold sports). 34" waist, 6'0" tall and both the medium and large fit well; the fabric stretches easily and stays comfy and that way I can choose my degree of "compression."
These things Rock. By far the best underwear I have owned to date. Up to about Ten pairs Now. They come in 6" and 9" inseams, I like the 9" better, but they are harder to find. They don't ride up like normal boxer breifs. I am really bummed the days I have to wear normal Boxer breifs.
These are by far the best boxers I own. Most undershorts let you know they are there; they get too sweaty, maybe they bunch up, your junk is compressed to tightly or moves around too much, but these are so comfortable you don't even notice them. I've worn them on hikes, climbs, biking, walking, elliptical trainer, they never disappoint. I own other Under Armour compression shorts and briefs - they work, but not as comfortably as the Boxer Jock. If they weren't so expensive I'd fill my underwear drawer with the Boxer Jocks. Love the sizing too - Large is 33-35, which is perfect if you are a 34 waist; fit much better than the usual 32-34 or 34-36 options.
I have at least a dozen brands of boxer briefs and the UA boxer briefs are the best. If I do any outdoor activity that involves sweating or 'friction', then I only wear the UA breifs. Chaffing free, dry and they look great. It is like a second skin, perpetually friction free.
My personal trainer recommended this undergarment to help with chafing and blistering that I was getting from walking, jogging, and running in hot weather. I tried one pair at first and they worked so perfectly that I ended up buying 6 more pair. They really are great. They totally eliminate chafing, and they're really comfortable too. Now, they are my underwear of choice for everyday use.
Dude, wow. Boxer briefs are probably the best invention post the aston martin v12 vantage. But these under armor briefs? Sr71 Blackbird. Put these on in the morning, do whatever the hell you do in the day and you will see just how great these are. Never a fuss adjust like with cotton undies, and I havent ever had to pull em up or whatever youd do. I dont know man, all I know is chicks dig em, you can run, hike, jump, flex, romp, bang.. whatever you want to do comfortably. You can probably do in these, never tried ice skating in em though.. A+ dude, buy it dude!
I have the Ex officio Give n Go and these are better! For some reason they have great odor protection and seem to fit better than the other brands I've tried! I mostly go backpacking and play sports during the week, and I always opt for these in any warm and cold weather activities.
Not much to say about boxers, but these here ... are amazing ... mesh front pocket setup keeps my stuff from getting all nasty like everyone else has rated, the material is a serious thin but quality contruction that helps keep me from getting chaffed on long hot days, dries insanely fast ... I won't use anything else backpacking ... and even ordering more to simply wear around the house ... they are that good ... Another note, they remain tight after days of use and unlike one person said ... they don't retain odor ...
These are great. Been using under armour compression shorts for a while - these are a step up. Not as much compression, but incredibly comfortable/breathable/non-chafing. Worth the money, IMHO, although it certainly is a somewhat limiting factor. I'm planning on slowly phasing out my old, tired compression shorts and replacing them with these.
I now have 4 pairs of these, and they are freakin awesome!! These are my go to undies for most activities that involve moving around (hiking, biking, work, even walking around the mall). I do still love my boxers for lounging, but these are on for pretty much everything else. These work awesome for keeping my frank and beans in place all day long! As far as sizing, I am a 34" waist and I get the mediums (I've got noassatall syndrome, so I don't like how the large fit my buttocks).
Picked these up on sale but they're worth the full price. Cheaper than most synthetic boxer briefs, they fit well, and are durable. I'm 5'8" 155 lbs with a 30.5" waist and picked up the mediums. Wore a pair rafting under board shorts and they dried out quicker than everything else. Great for day to day wear. The 3" inseam version feels better for running and soccer, less restrictive.
i work for a delivery company who's favorite color is brown. I'm literally on the run 9 to 10 hrs a day and these underwear are great!!!!! light weight, no chaffing, and they hold everything in place..... no more cotton for me! Once you try them you'll never go back.
I love these. They run true to the sizing chart. They whisk away moisture and they maintain a compression fit for long periods of time. They are very comfortable as well. They dry out quickly as well. I've crossed rivers and creeks in just these to keep my gear dry, and in no time these are dry again. I have a pair for every day of the week and still plan on getting more and they all look almost brand new. When worn for long periods of time they aren't too bad but what doesn't get smelly after a few days. Hot or cold these are great. And for the performance they are quite a bargain.
I got these for my husband because he was having a hard time finding something comfortable to wear under his swimsuit to prevent chaffing. These sure did the trick! He would never hit the beach or the lake without them. Thy prevent chaffing and also keep everything tucked away so that he doesn't flash everyone :) They also dry fast.
I've been using Under Armour boxer briefs for my workout gear many years. I just bought 2 more - quality is same high level, comfort good. I'm a 40-42" waist. The sizing chart indicates I should be using the XXL. But I bought more of the same as before: XL. They fit me fine - the fabric is naturally stretchy, and I don't feel the XL is too tight for me. Winner!
Good fit and comfortable, but does not give the support I hoped for. A pair of fruit of the loom or jockey briefs does the same trick for one third the price.
Would not recommend spending the money for these Under Armor Boxer-briefs.
Got these (in black) to wear under a 3mm wetsuit. Works like a charm -- comfortable, doesn't bunch, yet discreet enough to be able to wear while taking my bathing suit off on a crowded boat and then getting my wet suit on, without any feelings of undue exposure...
Real nice to wear under the wetsuit as well -- was never really concious i even had them on!
Just came off a 150+ mile backpacking trip on the Ice Age Trail in Wisconsin. No chafing issues, fit well, quick drying and an unexpected feature, tight fit around my thighs helped keep the wood ticks out of critical areas!
I own several brands of boxers, and Under Armor is by far the far superior one amongst all. True to it's name, they will last much longer than the competing brands.
these wick amazingly well, so no need for the man-pon, but along with the sweat, it also wicks the sometimes noxious man-butt smells too. don't plan on going on several day trips with one pair, or do it...stinky.
These are my first experience with Under Armour, and the reviewers below dont lie, these things rock. So far I have used them hiking and bike commuting, and my stuff stays dry and steady, and chaffing is non existent. I have two pairs, and I will probably pick up a couple more.
I use these for sports, and under my boardshorts while wakeboarding. I have found that many boardshorts are see through when they get wet, so I wear a black pair of these underneath because they dry fairly quickly, and they keep the swim suit from being see through. In sports and while lifting weights they are great because they do their job. I am now on my second pair, as I have used this product for quite a while, and they are great!
The price isn't too bad but I don't wear them often enough justify more more than just a pair or two at this cost. Size seems pretty true, they do run a tad large unless you want a really snug fit. Overall I am very happy with them thus far.
