Therm-ic Boot Dryer 120v - 2008

You don’t want to spend the last two days of your three-day weekend with wet boots, so dry them at night with the Therm-ic 120v Boot Dryer. Set your boots side by side, stick the Therm-ic Boot Dryer inside, and wake up tomorrow to nice dry boots. It’s as simple as that.

Bottom Line: Never suffer through wet boots again.

Very Useful!

I always like hopping into dry boots in the morning. This sometimes is an issue, especially for multiple-day trips to the mountains. I purchase this for a good price of Tramdock. I believe it works very well, folds up nicely and easily to place in my luggage. Once I get back from the mountain, I take it out, set it up, turn it on and within hours my boots are warm & dry! This is great for those who don't like wet-boots!

Does this boot dryer blow warm air? and if so will that warm

The thermic works great with moldable liners, and will actually help moldable liners last longer by getting rid of the moister. I have the zip fits and have skied over 200 days on them. The thermic also has an auto shut off when it starts to get "too" warm. Realistically it's probably plowing air at about 90-100 degrees fahrenheit.

Good travel dryer

By:
January 7, 2009

Just got this cheap on tramdock. Work great for boots. Use a power inverter for your car and have your boots warm when you need to put them on. Packs small for travel. The only drawback is a feature a very similar one I had before this had: secondary arms that extended opposite the boot ones to simultaneously dry gloves. Sure, this isn't marketed as such, but it is a simple addition they shoudl have done (especially for the retail price on this). My old one died after about 2 years of use, sometimes being left on over-night to dry multiple pairs of gloves/boots. Not as quiet as my Peet Feet dryer, but certainly not as large. Overall a good dryer for boots.
