The North Face WindStopper Hybrid Full Zip Jacket - Men's - 2008

Zip up The North Face Men’s WindStopper Hybrid Jacket and head out the door for a brisk fall run. The North Face gave the Hybrid WindStopper fabric to block the wind, and breathable knit back and underarm panels for temperature regulation. Reflective trim on the shoulders makes sure you’re visible on your evening and early morning runs. Use the four zippered pockets to stash keys and energy gel, and pull your gloves on over the monkey thumb cuffs to prevent wind from cramping your run.

Bottom Line: Don’t let the weather keep you inside.

I bought this for fall/winter bike rides and so far I love it. The "Windstopper" technology actually *does* stop wind. This jacket is extremely thin but fleece lining keeps you surprisingly warm. I pair it up with a cheap H&M hoodie and it's has kept me nice and warm in the 35-40 degree weather we've been having lately. The monkeythumbs are great - put some gloves over them and you'll be in great shape for that bike ride. One thing the description forgot is that there's one large, zippered pocket on the back - very simliar to a cycling jersey. The only negative that I can think of so far is that the jacket sort of holds on to odors more than, say, cotton clothing. Overall, I love this jacket and would highly recommend it!

Great Jacket!

This jacket is the perfect companion for a brisk fall/winter run! Windstopper fabric on the front fends off the cool breezes and the fleece back allows for just the right amount of cooling and ventilation. The fit is nice and athletic... I'm 6'0" and 165lbs and got the Large... it fits like a glove. Not restrictive, but not something that is going to become a nuisance to run in. I couldn't be more pleased with this one... pair it with a long-sleeve TNF Reckoning tee and hit the road... the Monkeythumbs on the two even line up perfectly! Hope this helps...

This lightweight jacket Rules!

I use this jacket for coming and going to the gym in wintery weather when my inner NORTH FACE layer is covered in wicked away sweat. this jacket looks great and is super comfortable. I love the thumb holes and I also use this as a layer between underlayer and jacket when snowboarding on uuber-cold days. I wish it came in 15 colors because I would buy all of them... you will not be disappointed with this light jacket. The lining would allow you to use it for running in colder weather or even cycling. very versatile and practical. BUY IT!
