The North Face Venture Parka - Women's

There’s definitely enough snow on the ground for snowshoes, but it appears to be sleet/drizzling outside. Good thing you brought The North Face Women’s Venture Parka up to the cabin. The waterproof breathable HyVent fabric and fully taped seams block wetness while armpit zip vents make sure you don’t get sweaty and clammy. This parka’s standard fit works well over a warm fleece or softshell in winter and a long-sleeve performance shirt in spring.

Bottom Line: Venture out in wet weather.

It doesn't zip in to anything, but it is still smart to layer. People buy the Venture for it's lightweight feel, function and style. Adding a second zipper is adding weight. Layer smart and stay safe folks!

I don't think HyVent DT eliminates the need for a liner. If you get warm and sweaty, you might still feel very clammy inside. But that said, it will feel alot better than wearing a plastic trash bag.

No this jacket is not lined, but does feature HyVent DT. HyVent DT uses a DT half layer, adding durability and comfort by physically separating the PU coating from the skin. Dry to the touch, HyVent DT eliminates the need for a liner and is commonly referred to as a 2.5-layer fabric.
