The North Face designed the Boys' Venture Jacket to stuff into its own left hand pocket, so it's always at the ready when wet weather threatens your family backpacking trip. Once the Venture Jacket is on his body, your son won't have to worry about getting wet. The North Face uses fully seam-taped, waterproof breathable HyVent DT fabric to ensure total protection against a major downpour. NOT what the picture shows

I bought this jacket, thought that they sent the wrong one had them send another one and it was still not what the picture shows. It is solid in color, not two tone. It does not have Velcro on the wrists, like the picture shows. I don't know what the deal as far as what is being shipped. Has anyone else had this issue? I ended up ordering the Resolve, as I thought for the the price it was a much better jacket.

I ordered the jacket based on the original picture showing the jacket as Blue with Black trim. The jacket is in fact all blue. The CSR said North Face pictures don't always match the article as the jackets are made in different factories and different colors may be used. My son wanted the multi color version, so I am undecided about returning it or seeing if he will settle for this one. It looks like the picture was at least updated ...
