The North Face Vanton Winter Boot - Boys' - 2008

A soft, super warm winter boot isn’t worth half a contact lens if the boot isn’t waterproof, which is why The North Face made the Boys’ Vanton Winter Boots with HydroSeal waterproof membranes and taped seams. These, plus the waterproof synthetic nubuck uppers, protect the 400 grams of Heatshield insulation inside the Vantons. TNF Winter Grip rubber outsoles grip slick sidewalks.

Bottom Line: Warm and waterproof.

Great Boots

My 8 yr old son loves these boots. He's worn them in the mountain snow, mud, freezing temps, and hiking and they've kept him comfortable, warm and dry. A tough thing to do with kids these days. They seem to fit true to size.
