I found it runs slightly large. I wear 7.5 running shoe, but 7's in sandles/dress shoes. I returned mine b/c the 7.5 was slightly large. (plus there's a weird-feeling bump inside... I'm sure it had some wonderful purpose....but wasn't good for me)

Size is right on, traction is downright impressive, drying time is super short, they're comfortable to hike in soaking wet. My only problem with them is in small grained sand and such alot of it ends up inside the shoe with your toes.
