The North Face Sentinel Windstopper Softshell Jacket - Men's

Thanks to its three-layer Gore Windstopper shell fabric, The North Face Men’s Sentinel Windstopper Softshell Jacket is about as effective as a brick wall at blocking the wind. I can't speak too much to the Venta, but typically you are going to give up most of the stretch when you opt for a windstopper membrane - it does not have a lot of stretch. If you are looking for a little extra warmth from this type of jacket, you may want to check out the Sentinel Thermal Jacket - it has a high loft fleece liner that is super comfortable and warmer than the Sentinel.
