The North Face Ryn Cord - Women's - 2006

Not a week goes by when I don't wear these pants at least once. I have them in three colors, because that's all I could find. Were there more colors, I'd probably have more pairs. I love the material. It's slightly stretchy for perfect fit and comfort. The corduroy isn't too thick, so the pants aren't too stiff or too loud when you walk. They're just about perfect.

This is a fantastic pant for women who aren't stick figures. I suffer from the tiny waist, bubble butt and cyclist thighs syndrome. I'm also quite short. These pants are just fantastic. Size down for the best fit, because they stretch out after you've had them on for about 20 minutes and can get sort of baggy. I love these pants. I have them all.

I ordered these pants because I wanted to see how they would fit. I love them so much I kept a size above what I wear because they didn't have my size. They are so comfortable. I hope they get my size in soon. Even wearing a size bigger they still fit flatteringly.

these cords are great-just a little big. I had them taken in at the bottom and hemmed- so now they are perfect

These are awesome, they do run on the small side, so I ordered one size larger than I normally would, and they fit perfect. The fabric is stretchy and soft--highly recommended!

I have two pairs of the Ryn cords and love them! Order your normal size because they stretch a bit as they break in. They are so cute and so comfortable!!!

These grow a size as you wear them. And, got a funky die lot - gold stripes inside legs appeared after first wash.

I love these, I normally wear a size 0 or 1, so I was a little nervous about this, but there is no danger of these falling off, so I am pleased. They are super comfy and definitely roomy for me (i'm pretty much a stick, so I have trouble finding clothes that are fitted), but it seems like they would be comfortable for any body type. The material is soft and the color is good (I ordered the green). I'm 5'2" and got the regular length so they go perfect with all my boots. I think I may order a 2short for my flats and sneakers, but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase!

I am a big fan of The North Face Pants. I can wear these well fitting cords to work and for play.

I LOVE THESE PANTS!! If i could get away with wearing these everyday, i would do it. i own two pairs in two colors and i'm thinking about purchasing another pair. The fit is fantastic; runs true to size. i encourage you to check em out!

my boyfriend picked these out for me in grey when we were shopping out of town, and i loved them so much i ordered the green & beige when i got home. the little bit of stretch means they stay comfortable all day, and these have become my favourite trousers to wear when flying - much more comfy than jeans and not so shabby as sweats for the airport hustle!

fabulous pants. I'm 5'10 and the tall is just long enough - but I won't put in dryer, as I don't want them shorter. very comfortable. very cute. I came back and got a pair in each of the other colors.

Love these pants. I usually wear a 4 or 6 and in these the 4 fit me and I would say they are on the short side so the longs were better for me although I usually don't wear longs since I'm 5'6".

Great-looking and great-fitting pants, already my favorites. And at a sale price! My own experience and other reviews suggest that these fit a pretty wide range of body types. FYI, I'm taller at 5'9" and prefer pants that err on the side of too-long because you can always hem to the perfect length; if they're too short with not enough extra material, you don't have any options. I've ended up getting rid of several pairs of pants that gradually shrank shorter over the years, and didn't have enough hem for lengthening.

Another plus: the fine cord is light enough even for moderate summer. Did I mention that they look and feel great? Just worried that North Face won't make them again.

I was very skeptical of these at first, but after I wore them I loved them! I have a 39" hip and the size 8 was a perfect fit -- tight but flattering tight, not the she's-in-denial-she-needs-a-larger-size tight. They really do stretch! I can do splits in these! I'm 5'4" and the regular was a little too long -- as the pants weigh down over the course of a day the pant legs hit the floor. The rise looks low on the photos but it's not scary low -- maybe one to two fingers below the navel, depending on how high you pull them. If only they had more -- I'd buy one in every color.

I love the way the cords wash up; no ironing is needed, and they are very comfortable. But, I should have sent them back for a smaller size. I got size 6, and thought after some washings and putting them in the dryer would shrink them a bit. But they didn't, so I have to wear a belt to keep them up.

I have nothing bad to say about these pants. They fit true to size; they are comfortable; they are soft, but... they didn't really do it for me. I guess its because they weren't really gray enough. I expected Graphite to be Gray, but they were a brown-ish gray and I didn't really have a place in my closet for them. However, besides that, they were really nice.

These cords are awesome. I especially love the low rise and non-clingy legs. This give a super-flattering fit without sacrificing comfort. I definitely could do yoga or go out dancing as advertised. Thanks!

Normally I can't wear cords because they're not stretchy enough for my narrow waist and wide hips. These North Face ones however are great! Very flattering and I get compliments in them all the time. Stretchy.

These look great, but the interior button ripped out the first time I put them on. After washing them once, some of the ends of the piping around the pockets are hanging out.

Did you know I love these pants? Well I do. They are long for my ridiculously long legs. They are quickly becoming my favorites. I find myself talking myself out of wearing them every single day of the week. If you have long legs like mine give these pants a try.

First bought the chocolate brown ones and loved them so much I also bought the gray ones! It is difficult to find pants long enough and these are just right (could even be slightly longer, but they work much much better than regulars). Also felt very comfortable ordering from you as returns are free - unbelievable. What do you have to lose? I checked the other website offering these pants and none compared to this site.

This is my second pair of the Ryn Cord's, and I think they are extremely comfortable and also stylish. They are great for rock climbing because of the stretch they have in the material, so I'm sure they would be great for many more outdoor activities.

Love these pants!!! Fabric is soft and stretchy, very comfortable. And yes, they do stretch a little bit after wearing for a few hours. so bear in mind, if you are between sizes, pick smaller size for better fit. I like multiple pockets, very useful for light hiking and casual wear!!

Love, love, love these pants! Never have I worn a pair of pants that fit like they were made for me. I have boy hips, an athletic butt and a slim waist, and these cords fit every curve. Perfect! AND they're ultra comfortable. You couldn't ask for more.

I was hesitant about buying cords going into summer, but they were on sale and I thought I would just throw them in the closet until winter. Boy was I wrong! I tried them out when I got them and they are a staple in my pants rotation. The fit is good--there's just enough stretch in them that you can play a mean round of hack in them. I like the snap tab closure look--it gives them enough style to wear to work and hit the coffee shop in the evening. I would buy these pants again in a heartbeat. Thank you North Face!

These pants are awesome! They fit me perfect. I'm 6' with lots of legs and they are actually long enough! I ordered a 12 long. They are light enough for nice day hikes and good looking enough for a night at dinner. A must have!

These pants are great. They fit well and they are so comfortable. I love the slight stretch they have. It makes them move around with you during any kind of activity.

Picked these up for my wife and she loves them! They stretch, they breathe, and they come in short lengths for her little legs. She has since bought more colors to fill her closet.
