The North Face Quanticon Triclimate Jacket - Men's - 2007

With waterproof breathable fabric and a snap-in liner, The North Face Men's Quanticon Triclimate Jacket is ready for winter storms and spring slush. While other ski jacket's liners zip in and out, this synthetic insulated liner attaches with a three-point snap system, leaving the shell's inner pockets easily accessible. The Quanticon Triclimate Jacket's fully taped seams keep unwelcome snow and water on the outside, and Underarm zips help prevent swamp build-up on the inside. The North Face gave this three-in-one jacket a powder skirt to block moisture, and a media and goggle pocket to store your essentials. A built-in Recco reflector may aid ski patrol in the event of an avalanche.

Bottom Line: The weather is continually changing—be prepared with The North Face Quanticon Triclimate Jacket.

Wood pattern not a big deal

By:
October 19, 2008

Alright well I got this jacket yesterday, very fast shipping and the jacket fits great, Im 5'10 175 and the medium has more than enough space in it. Trust me unless for some reason you like huge jackets or are really big dont get a large, you would have to be like 6'5 230 to get an extra large. needless to say this jacket runs big. The liner and the shell together make a very warm jacket, I personally am going to wear my denali with the shell over it. The liner is a wood grain color my wife said it looked good on and i didnt have a problem with it. The recco reflector is built into the arm and you wont even notice it unless your looking for it. Pockets galore on this thing, powder skirt is sweet. Im happy about the removable hood the collar does come up to about your nose if zipped up, obviously for skiing snowboarding etc. I love the north face this jacket is another reason why.

Liner has a printed wood pattern

By:
January 2, 2008

I have complaints and some praise.

Complaints:
- Brown liner has a printed wood pattern that cannot be seen from photos. It looks like a wooden jacket. UGLY.
- Jacket is not warm enough for a Chicago winter. Jacket is only warm while you are active and producing high body heat (winter sports).
- Liner only secures at the bottom of the sleeves. It is loose inside the jacket, and easily falls out when you remove the jacket.

Praise:

- Good windbreaker. Excellent for snowboarding, though a little tight in the arms.
