Yes, this is a light top with just a shelf bra. Don't go expecting much support. But for those of us who don't have that much on top (I'm a 34 B/C), its adequate for running errands and schlepping around. I sure wouldn't go jogging in it. I love the way the fabric is looser around the abdomen so that it doesn't hug too tightly, and it's also a great length. I'm pretty tall, and I don't have any gap between the top and the waistband of my pants. Pretty cool!

Yeah definitely not much support in this top. Mine has a built in bra but it does nothing. I also agree with other reviewers that the fabric looks old and dingy really quickly. I have the blue one and the color faded a lot really fast and the fabric got rough. It's cute for hanging out I guess.

Material is very soft and comfortable but does not offer much support. I wear this shirt for yoga but would not wear for high-impact activities.

This top is perfect for low impact activities & casual wear. (Like the previous review mentions, I wouldn't suggest it for anything where you need real support). The style is very cute & flattering (it fully covers your stomach & isn't skin tight below the chest). I've worn this with everything from jeans, a skirt, & yoga pants - very versatile. Unfortunately, when I washed this for the first time the black faded significantly. It looked like it was a year old. If you can deal with a broken-in look, you'll love it.
